Ocean Spa Trading Pvt. Ltd.

A subsidiary company of Ocean Spa, Ocean Spa Trading Pvt. Ltd., was setup in August 2006 with a view to expanding the business of the company on the trade and industries sector of the Republic of Maldives. Mainly, the trading company will be importing goods around the globe into the Maldives market and will trade it Wholesale & retail.

Ocean Spa Trading Pvt. Ltd., will offer a competitive price for the customers which will be focused in both the upper class & the middle class customers.

The management of this company will be directed by persons with considerable experience in the trading industry, and will be headed by Mr. Mamshoog Amjad as the Managing Director, who has 13 years of experience in the Maldivian trade industry as well as in abroad. He will put all his skills and experience in to the trading sector, in which, he will focus to ensure the customers that, what they are purchasing is genuine and worth for the sum they spent in obtaining.

The trading division of Ocean Spa will be emphasizing to expand the distribution of its imported products through out the Maldives by appointing sole atoll agents, and by re-distributing it to the whole nation, maintaining the consumer price as equal as possible.

• Franchise

At present, the company is having the franchise of Designer Fragrance (France), OCEAN Glassware (Thailand), CRISA glassware, (Mexico), PISANO wines (Uruguay), SUNNEX Kitchenware (China), ROTAX (SriLanka), ID Lanka (SriLanka), RIVER Brand Roofing & Cladding (SriLanka) & TIMBERLINA International (SriLanka).

• Target of the venture

Ocean Spa Trading primary target is to establish its own outlet showroom, distributing its imported goods in the capital city of Maldives, Male’, by mid September 2006. The secondary goal lies on to have its agent distributors of the imported products all over in the Maldives, at least having one authorized agent in an atoll. We will thrive to control the selling price as the same rate anywhere in the Maldives as for the good of the customers.
                 
At present, the type of goods which is imported by the company is;

1. International branded perfume “DESIGNER FRAGRANCE” from France.
2. Liquor & wine from Australia, Uruguay, France & Sri Lanka (Local Arracks).
3. Glassware (for hospitality industry)
4. Kitchenware (for hospitality industry)
5. Electronics & Electrical Items.
6. Communication & Electrical Cables.

We also import a lot of other goods for the customers need as special requests. It maybe locally purchased goods or imported goods from abroad; we thrive to give the best and genuine goods for the customer satisfaction. We can source out any type of goods around the globe, efficiently and responsively.

By year 2008, the company will be targeting to reach its expectation to establish its own shopping complex, carrying our brand name OCEAN SPA as “OCEAN SPA SHOPPING COMPLEX” in its own land property. Most of the showrooms and outlets of this shopping complex will be derived directly from the franchise of the company’s own territory.
