Introduction

Ocean Spa Pvt. Ltd. was established in November 2004, targeted to provide sustainable services to the Tourism sector of the Maldives and to act as an international tour operator around the globe.
The Managing Director, Mr. Abdullah Shareef, with 22 years of experience in the industry, is the leading character behind the establishment and planning of the company.

The Company’s main strength is the experience and proficient management provided by the founder members, Mr. Abdullah Shareef and Mr. Abdul Rasheed.

Three new divisions have been introduced under Ocean Spa Pvt. Ltd, as the Central Management System for these three newly introduced divisions.

These additional three divisions are Ocean Spa Aviations, Ocean Spa Trading and Ocean Spa Insurance.

• Ocean Spa Aviation will be taking care of Airline and air transport and related services.

• Ocean Spa Trading will be developing the trading business of the company of import & export of goods from and to the Maldives.

• Ocean Spa Insurance will be practicing the insurance in the Maldives and servicing the whole community of the Maldives.

Objectives

Ocean Spa will look forward to any opportunity to take the management of hotels anywhere around the globe and to establish a well-known brand name for the company’s management and its operations throughout the world.
One of Ocean Spa’s main aspirations is to be one of the most leading and competent tour operators in the Maldives with the best qualified and experienced staffs. Our service may be copied, but can’t be bettered.

The company’s vision is to build a well known and a respected business throughout the Maldives, and later globally. We aim to provide our clients with value for money for all their holiday or any other travel.

As Ocean Spa Pvt. Ltd is a newly established company, its main objective is to introduce new changes, which will be challenging and beneficial to the tourism industry of the Maldives, and to be a great example for all those companies who are leading in the field of tourism in Maldives.   

Plans for the year 2006 - 2007

• Ocean Spa Aviation aims to be an International Airline Company in the not too distant future. In fact, the company’s Managing Director, Mr. Arif Rasheed with 17 years of aviation experience will be working hard to fulfill this vision.

• Ocean Spa Trading and Ocean Spa Insurance, both the companies has been registered on 2nd August 2006. The companies Managing Director, Mr. Mamshoog Amjad with 13 years of experience in the Trading field, will be working hard to develop the trading and Insurance business of the company and to make both the companies the best of its kind in the Maldives.

No prior visa is required to enter the Republic of Maldives. Entry permit will be granted to visitors on arrival at designated ports of entry, based on the immigration requirements.
